School Tours

We love to have schools and groups visit Maxwell’s Pumpkin Farm! The cost is $1 per child, which includes a pumpkin, an educational presentation, time for creative play and many photo opportunities.

Our educational presentations are tailored based on age and interest level of the attendees (as determined by the teacher/group leaders).

Some of the things we discuss in our educational presentations can include:

Life cycle of a pumpkin
How to decorate a pumpkin
Read pumpkin related stories
Life cycle of corn

We encourage creative play at Maxwell’s Pumpkin Farm and have many structures and themed areas for children of all ages to enjoy. There are also animals on the farm to look at; however we do not have a petting zoo.

Snacks are available for an additional fee. If your tour takes place on a weekday, please contact us with an idea of what you would like to eat, so we can have a fresh selection available for you.
